The St. Jude Career Alliance Ministry also encourages participation in Christ-Centered Career Groups (C3G) for those who benefit from a close-knit Christ-centered small group. These individuals commit to serve each other until each member of the group is employed, providing spiritual support and shared strength throughout the emotionally-taxing career and job search experience.

The Career Alliance Ministry offers a series of activities for the unemployed, misemployed and those seeking advancement. These activities involve networking on many levels including events, peer conversations and resources.
